Overview

The Twentynine Palms Marines are the surviving Marine force that enters the late Survival branch through Lieutenant Burke, Abrams tanks, Stryker transports, and the regional-defense convoy. The group connects Lost Valley's final defense to the broader military aftermath without restoring the old world from the top down.

Regional defense role

By Warrior's Fate, Lost Valley's problems are too large for a single hidden settlement. Carver and Shader have to coordinate with Catalina, Palomar, naval remnants, airlift, and surviving Marines. Burke's convoy shows that heavy military power still exists, but only as one part of a coalition.

Key figures

Lieutenant Burke is the lead named figure and the best anchor for this page. He appears as the apparent detachment leader when the convoy arrives with tanks and troop carriers.
