Chronological Story Arc
Jenny survives because other people choose rescue over their own safety. Chow, Jinx, Reed, Horn, Kate, and others become part of the invisible chain that keeps her alive. Her later presence on Peaks Island turns survival into family continuity. Horn’s gruffness softens around what he has left, and Jenny is one of the reasons he cannot belong only to war.
